How your fundraising helps

Shout is the only free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging support service for anyone in the UK struggling to cope. Every 60 seconds, someone reaches out to us in distress.

Lu's story

Lu and partner Chris fundraised for Shout by climbing the UK 3 Peaks after texting Shout turned Lu's life around.

"At the time I couldn't really articulate to anyone what I was thinking about ... I texted [Shout] because I didn't know what else to do, and someone got straight back to me and literally talked me down from a ledge."
